What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis occurs in everyday life. When you watch a film and you jump as if it’s real. It’s a state of focused learning. When you are super focused on learning a new skill. You can see it in children when they learn through play. They are hyper focused on the activity.

With hypnosis I encourage a state of relaxation. From deep relaxation even the most difficult situations can feel less important, giving you freedom to work on them without fears.
