WEEKLY Mindfulness & RelaxAtion classes

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.45pm-6.54pm

In person / Online at We Are Wellness

  • 15 mins of guided mindfulness practice such as mindful breathing or body scan.

  • 10 mins of relaxation skills training (breathwork, muscle relaxation, relaxing imagery)

  • 20 mins of deep relaxation (lie down and follow a guided mediation with positive affirmations)

  • A great introduction to mindfulness and relaxation.
